Tradition meets modernity in the ‘Atlantic Rhythms’ – an inspiring new music and dance performance from The Atlantic Collective.

Award-winning dancers and choreographers Kevin Goble and Edel Kearney alongside acclaimed musician Cormac Crummey, have all toured the world, introducing global audiences to Ireland’s life-affirming music and dance. Now they combine their talents to create a brand new show which showcases the genre’s many styles in a fresh and exciting way. 

Kevin is a highly skilled dancer who has performed in countless productions worldwide. He has been awarded numerous accolades for his talents, including the prestigious All Ireland Irish Dance Championship. In addition to his dancing career, Kevin is also an accomplished choreographer, having created many successful productions.

Edel is another incredibly talented dancer and choreographer who has made a name for herself in the industry. Edel has performed in numerous productions such as Gaelforce Dance, Dance Masters and Rhythms of Ireland showcasing her unique style and skill. 

Cormac’s exquisite guitar playing and musicianship has earned him the opportunity to tour globally with several Irish dance shows and artists such as Celtic Woman, The Shamrock Tenors, Lisa Canny and Cúig to name a few. He graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a BSc in Sonic Arts and Music Technology.

Featuring original as well as traditional tracks, Atlantic Rhythms blends the lively, flirtatious notes synonymous with traditional Irish tunes with the incredible speed and skill of modern Irish dancing. The tender Irish love song will be reinvented and sung by Belfast’s most talented voices as the show explores themes of Ireland's story. The audience will be part of the chorus, guaranteeing that they will never forget this powerful show.
